The sales approach was awfully pushy, especially since we were just shopping. The work was started a little sooner than we expected, but that turned out to be ok. The tear-off and reroof went really well, and the cleanup was pretty good, overall. Our AC thermostat wires were disconnected at some point, and just one message to the local office got that fixed, and quickly.
One thing I never expected from a larger roofing company like Dabella was the personability. Throughout the process I always had our site manager, Jesse's number and would text him anytime a question came up. He always responded right away, was very knowledgeable, and was super friendly. We hired Dabella for a new roof for our house. We had had one other company come by and look at our roof to give use a free quote prior to Dabella; HUGE difference in their inspection process. Dabell came to our house to inspect our siding. Ty is very professional,he gave us a great demo of the company and supplies. we are impressed with such good quality siding. Ty when above and beyond with his inspection .I am truly thankfull for your great work ethics.
