Alexe and Chad arrived right on time and gave a great presentation on the roofing products, and were polite and understanding when I cut them off from some of the more obvious sales-pitchy parts! They also came up with some great financing options. Their manager clearly wanted to get a signature from me on the spot but I explained that I wanted time to look up the company and they respected that, with the result that I was able to reassure myself that this is a reliable company and had them back the next day to sign.
