My animals have been patients for over 12 years and appreciated the care given by Brandi, Dr. L and Dr. Mayo. Although I love the new space, the service was terrible and has been for a long time since the original owners stepped back from running the business/moved on to another practice. Yesterday I waited in the room for over 2 hours after arriving early for my appointment - for a relatively simple skin allergy diagnosis. I have been awake all night because my son and I SHOULD be dropping my Skeeter for surgery this morning. Here is why we are not. I have been going to Dale City Animal Hospital for many, many years. Well, they WERE an Independent Vet Practice during most of that time. They were bought out by Noah's Ark, a country wide Chain Vet Practice. (THEY ALSO NOW OWN GUNSTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN LORTON).
