I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. When I scheduled my appointment, I was given a clear price over the phone for a technician nail trim. However, when it came time to pay, the amount I was charged was noticeably higher with no prior explanation or approval. I understand that sometimes costs can change based on what’s needed, but transparency is extremely important — especially when it comes to pet care.
