My animals have been patients for over 12 years and appreciated the care given by Brandi, Dr. L and Dr. Mayo. Although I love the new space, the service was terrible and has been for a long time since the original owners stepped back from running the business/moved on to another practice. Yesterday I waited in the room for over 2 hours after arriving early for my appointment - for a relatively simple skin allergy diagnosis.
