Everyone was very interpersonal and things went very smooth. The one thing that could be better is ongoing status. There were many times where I had no idea what was going on or what to expect next. The Web site had a status area that never had anything it. One email response when asking for a time frame very generic and not helpful at all "It should be pretty fast". I did get a voicemail later with more information. Thanks!
