Attention to details - Giving us tips on how to get the best loan -- Do's & Don'ts. He was willing to communicate with us in the most convenient ways such as text, fax, & e-sign to name a few added conveniences. He had a team of secretaries that were in constant communication with us letting us know -- guiding us through the whole loan process.
