I said “great” because there wasn’t an option to choose “good” I don’t think it was that bad to say “just OK” but it could have been better. They could have explained the different loan options and how they affected me and the seller was not very clear and so we had to switch the different loan options around a few times late in the process, but in the end they got the job done. Everyone at PMRI were very professional and very nice to work with.
