I had a 30 minute appt scheduled for Versa Pulse. Unfortunately the doctor was running late so my 11:00 appointment started at 11:15. This procedure is booked for 10, 20 or 30 minute intervals. My appointment only lasted for 20 minutes however I was billed for a 30 minute visit, As I was leaving the room I saw Dr.Stetler's nurse in the hallway and mentioned that I had not received a 30 minute service. Dr Jennifer always helps me. While I was there for cosmetic procedures, she took the time to look at a place on my leg. And assisted with that.
