I was super late because I ended up in the wrong building. However, the front desk staff was not rude and I was still able to see the doctor! Thank you! Dr. Polder was very realistic, friendly and accommodating. She address my skin issues, educated me about what my skin was going through and how to better resolve it. Esther, her assistant was very kind and helpful.

I have always been made to feel comfortable with my appointments. Dr Stetler has always been very professional but also very personable and has a very good "bed side manner" along with her office staff.
