Dr. Polder was wonderful. I enjoyed her extensive teaching on anti-aging so much. I would enjoy learning even more. Please invite me to all of your events! The medical assistant seemed knowledgeable as well and was helpful. However, it would be nice if she smiled more and was genuinely welcoming at the door when she greets the patient and escorts her to a room. It's always a great experience
My appt was very relaxed and I received answers to all my questions. The doctor walked me step by step and explained everything in detail and ensured I understood everything. The nurses were also amazing and helpful. They also helped to explain everything!
My only suggestion would be to provide a private area to undress and redress so as not to have to do so in front of the doctor, staff and an opening/closing door. Otherwise, it's always a great experience.
