I came for an annual exam and we didn't have enough time to talk about additional questions or a consultation; should be explained when you make an appointment that additional time might not be available. I would have tried to add on a consultation. This is your prime way to be able to sell additional services, so I would think there would be more time set aside.
It seems that there is a reluctance to remove all the keratosis I have. I understand not all can be removed. But some get very rough and scratchy. This time it felt like I had to persuade the P.A. To remove a few that bothered me. Perhaps Medicare limits the nber removed. I don't know. I also have a large blackhead/pore underneath my right nostril. Dr Stetler does an excellent job with the filler. She does just the right amount. I was very pleased with the result, as usual. I don't worry about being over done.
I love Dr. Polder!! The laser proceedure she is performing on my birthmark is life changing and is something I have prayed to have done since I was a little girl! I can't THANK YOU enough!!
Dr seemed like she genuinely cared. Only thing is I was told I'd be getting photos taken for comparison at my follow up visit, but none were taken. Maybe they just forgot.
After being a patient for so long it's still a treat to visit and come out feeling so improved. True knowledgeable professionals in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Love you guys
1. I forgot to ask for a receipt to submit to my FSA account - I need something with detailed information 2. I couldn't remember the name of the growth burned off of my forehead 3. is there a patient portal? That would be helpful.
