Friendly staff, on the phone and in person. Fairly quick service.
Fast and friendly service. Dalton gave us space heaters to use to keep the house warm until the parts were ordered and installed. Ours was a Friday after hours call and we had someone out to look at the furnace within an hour or so. I'm a very satisfied customer!
timely, professional, explain what they are doing, staff is very polite... have had a great experience with their annual maintenance agreement and subsequent checkups.
