Justin came to my house they are very professional they take pride in what they do the did have to come back a few times only because there was a issue that may have shorted out the new board needless to say they got another new board for my furnace did not charge me xtra for time and install again ik for sure Justin goes above and beyond for the company I hope to here the others do as well I will be using them over colony forsure ty again. for fixing my furnace

I’m a new homeowner, but I grew up with my parents using Dalton for years so I’m aware of the great service they STILL PROVIDE! The customer service rep that helped me in the initial call was wonderful and even helped enroll me in a great membership plan to help defray some cost! Had our furnace check completed and they were very thorough. Even cleaned the glass on our fireplace, replaced embers and cleaned up afterwards. It has been a pleasure to work with their team. Always on time and providing great service and communication. Highly recommended.
