This was my second refinance [hopefully not the last] refinance that Dan has helped me with. When rates started to drop, he reached out to me to suggest moving out of my ARM into a 30yr fixed. Again Dan's depth of knowledge, commitment to customer service, and ability to anticipate my questions and needs made a normally painful process stress-free. He helped me consolidate my Home Equity Line of credit back into my mortgage to again help me save money in terms of my monthly payments. Dan is my guy and will be my guy for all future refinancing needs and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with financing debt

Dan was recommended to us by our buyer's agent. At first I was really hesitant to work through a mortgage broker as I would have preferred working directly with a credit union to get a lower interest rate and work with an institution I was more comfortable with. While Dan wasn't able to beat the rates of the credit union, he also was not far off, and he was able to do several things that made it worth going through him over the credit union. First, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through the whole process and handled a lot of paperwork for us, and coordinated with our agent to make things as smooth as possible. Second, he was able to get us a loan I've not seen anywhere else that worked better for us. We were able to get a 5% down 15-year loan at a pretty good interest rate, this is just not offered most places. With Dan, the whole process from pre-qualification, picking a loan, to having a house went very smoothly over all, and I can't imagine how much harder it would have been without him.

Dan was very involved in our process and patient with all our questions and concerns. He helped us with our first home and then subsequently kept an eye out for rate changes to refinance. When we did refinance a year later, he found us a very competitive rate, and was once again, with us through the whole process.

We were so lucky to be referred to Dan by a friend to refinance. The experience with him was incredible. We had LOTS of questions before we committed to refinance and he patiently walked through all of them with us. When the rate hit rock bottom (which proved to be the case), he reached out to notify us and we decided to take the plunge because of the trust he had engendered with us. He kept in touch with us throughout the refinance process and has also offered support since the closing of our new loan. His skill set would make him an outstanding teacher or coach and lucky for us, he blends both of those aptitudes into his practice.
