Dan and his team were very helpful, efficient and quick in our mortgage. We closed quickly, on-time and with no drama. Who could ask for anything more in a mortgage? Not me!
Dan was very responsive and locked in my rate right away. I worked with several members of his team, all of whom were extremely friendly. I loved the loan tracking and microsite. The entire refi process took less than two weeks!
I will not repeat what has been said previously on here, but what makes Dan stand out amongst his other qualities is his responsiveness. Day or Evening, he will always pick up the phone, respond to a request, and answer questions you may have. His team is also very good, especially in assisting my navigation of getting approved for multiple loans as a self-employed individual. Have went to him three times now (twice for loans and once for refinance) and will continue to do so in the future.
Dan was able to gave me the best rate in the market and the loan process was very effective and streamlined. The lender fees were also the lowest in the market. I definitely recommend don and guaranteed rate, I will use them in the future for sure.

I was referred to Dan when purchasing a new home in 2012. Rates collapsed just before we closed and Dan was able to float my rate down. He did a great job. Since then he has done a couple of refinancing on that mortgage. Most recently he took the initiative to reach out and let me know he could get an even lower rate—he closed me out quickly and saved me quite a lot. He’s built a very strong team around him who make the process extremely easy. I recommend Dan to my family and all my friends. He’s a pro.
