Dan and his team are terrific! We have used Dan a few times for both new home and refinancing. He is proactive in communicating when rates are at their best, and he does a great job in keeping fees to a minimum (or none at all!). His team is responsive, friendly, and professional. They do a great job in keep me on track with the timeline and deliverables, and they will hold your hand every step of the way. We only use Dan and team and highly recommend you do too!
I have worked with Dan and his team on the initial financing of my home purchase and now completed a refinancing. The team made the work very easy for me both times.
