Dan nearly had our final docs ready within a week, putting us nearly 8 days ahead of schedule on our already aggressive 15 day closing schedule. It was at this point that a CPI report came out and made interest rates drop. Dan was willing to scramble at that point and get us a lower interest rate and we still easily hit our closing date.
