Great customer service! Everyone was very patient and quick to reply whenever we had a question or concern. Really the only suggestion we might make is to have the client's information readily available when discussing the details of the loan. A couple of times, when we were on the phone discussing the loan, the agent would say: "Sorry I don't have your information in front of me right now."
