I have completed this process at least a half a dozen times and this was the most frictionless experience to date. The Hrey team was on every detail and stayed ahead of the process. The digital tools were intuitive and added options for tracking and completing tasks that were very useful. Plus, Dan is involved and I had several call from him directly to make sure the process was moving to my satisfaction.
