I used Dan’s team back in 2018 and then again just now to close on our new home. 5 stars. This guy knows his stuff, and is extremely available to you. The team he has is also knowledgeable and will guide you through the process with ease. The mobile app is also impressive, which gives you a “pizza tracker” on your loan status. Most importantly, I was able to get the best rate through this lender. Oh, AND we were able to close a week early, nice!Thanks you guys, looking forward to working with you next time!

Dan is incredibly responsive and creative in his approach. We needed a back up HELOC in case the home we were selling didn't close before the home we were buying closed. Dan helped us engineer this structure, knowing we likely wouldn't need the HELOC but wouldn't know for sure until the last minute. This meant extra work for his team, but Dan made it happen.

Your choices are inadequate for this survey. You need a “satisfied with the experience” selection. The process went as expected. There are ALWAYS surprises (for example, reality that an open Heloc, even with zero balance still has an active lien that has to be cleared up at the 11th hour, or difficulties with email links to docs that require signature ASAP). But nothing that was not overcome with time and attention. Look, I’m a repeat client for good reason- I knew what to expect.
