Dan and his team were so fantastic, they were very thorough and answered all my questions in a very timely manner! This is what true customer service is meant to be! I have never bought a home and they walked me through it every step of the way, I was always in contact with someone from the office on how the process was going; it's nice to know you can email anyone on the team and they'll be able to get the answer to you right away, even when it wasn't part of their job description. We presented Dan and his team an unique situation for our refinance. He was able to guide us through the process, provide proactive problem solving as issues arose, and completed our loan in a timely and efficient manor. I don't believe another team could have provided such level of service.

Dan was great and the loan went as smoothly as he told us it would. He was very professional and honest with us. He answered all of our questions (and we threw a ton of scenarios at him). Dan would get on the phone with me when my anxiety would creep in to reassure me that there was nothing to worry about. In the end, Dan was right, we closed early and there were no surprises. It was as smooth as he promised.

Dan's help in refinancing my primary home surpassed services offered by other originators, including those who provide nationwide service under well-known names. Dan personally answered my questions when I was uncertain about how and if I could proceed with he refinance under my particular conditions.
