Conventional wisdom states that the loan is the hardest part of buying a house. For me it was the easiest! Dan and his team did an incredible job and we closed in 30 days. He had the best interest rate and his team handled everything in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend him.

First time home buyer and didn't know a lot about the loan process. Dan and Julie walked me through every step of the way. Dan and his assistant Julie were extremely helpful with the entire loan and closing process. We have used Dan's services over the last many years to refinance both our homes as interest rated declined. Dan’s firm offered us the best rates we could find, was very timely and helpful with all the paperwork, and made the entire process effortless. Knowledgeable, detailed and very helpful! When deciding what would be the best options while considering a refinance Dan took the time to talk us through the different scenarios. I didn't feel like we were taking up too much of his time etc..he just wanted to be sure we understood our options and that we were making the best choice for our situation.

All confusing. I don’t have all the documentations and even know where to find it. Telling me to log on to find document’s doesn’t help because I don’t even or can not even find previous loan number information in my too many emails.
