We worked with Dan on a short sale loan that needed to close by December 31 in order to get a tax credit. This meant that Dan and his team needed to work extra hard over the holidays to make this happen. And they did-everything went very smoothly. And 3 years later we re-financed a loan with Dan and his team and again it was a great experience. I would recommend him to everybody.

I have known Dan for many years. Over the many years that we have owned our home, Dan was in contact with us and answering questions about when was a good time to refinance.
