Dan and his team are extremely professional and client centric. The have also been competitive, at or beneath market. We've done 3 loans with Dan and he is the provider of choice in our family. It is difficult to articulate how much more effective it is working with this team versus my past experiences of dealing directly with a Big Bank. A night and day difference.

Dan and his team were always available to me for questions. I can admit I ask a lot of questions and he helped explain everyone thoroughly. Whenever I reached out he did whatever he could to make sure I was taken care of, even when it meant working during a birthday party or on vacation. I would certainly recommend him!

I had a contract on a "short sale" and a home to sell. Dan was my hero. He explained the inner working of a short sale at the bank. With his knowledge I was able to decide when to put my house up for sale. My house sold within three days of the short sale approval. Talk about timing? Thank you Dan for being there for me.

Great experience , closed our loan right on time and saved me money , there were some hoops that we had in the process but Dan & Amy figured it out and made it happen. Thanks again for the 6 loan you done for us, will use you again and again and will recommend any one that needs a loan .
