Dan is available at all hours, knows exactly what is needed at each step, and provides not only that expertise, but a calming reassurance during what can be a very stressful process. I had to change lenders due to a family emergency that put my loan officer out of contact for more than a week. The pressure that put on the situation left me certain that I would not be able to complete my home purchase. Dan stepped in and made it his mission to assist me. The whole experience was amazing!

Dan was so helpful with all my questions and concerns. At first I was dealing with a different lender and I was struggling. When I reached out to Dan he helped me immediately and was always going the extra mile during the entire process. He was always very prompt and worked with me whenever there was a need. His help extended way beyond the normal 8-5, 5 days a week standard. Often he would assist me in the evening and on the weekends. He is a great example of pride in his work.
