Dan Lapointe had a positive attitude throughout the experience3. He worked to ensure that I understood and was satisfied with each step of the process. When an apparent glitch appeared he immediately responded to smooth the issue. He regularly checked in to make sure I was pleased as time went on. You should give him a raise or a higher percentage. There are not many in your business who are this competent and astute.

Dan was open and honest through the whole process, as well as kind, generous with his time, and thorough with his explanations. Dan constantly checked in on us and made sure we knew what was happening and what we were to expect at every step and notified us whenever anything updated or changed.
