I found Dan an his team from the IHDA site. I'm a first time buyer and I was looking for help with the down payment. Dan and his team not only got me approved for the IHDA Deferred program, but also got me approved for an FHA. We closed in what seems to amount to record time - only a matter of weeks. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience than I received with Dan and his team. They provided so much support throughout the entire process.
