Dan and the rest of the Guaranteed Rate Crew were great to work with. From the beginning they made everything easy and if we ever had any questions they were always there to help out. Dan and his team are great. From the moment I was pre-approved until we closed on the house, it was an easy process all the way through. I always felt like I could trust Dan and his team and never felt like I was being “sold” anything like a lot of other lenders. It only took 10 days between deciding to buy a house and having our offer accepted and a lot of that is due to Dan’s already great reputation. If you strike up a deal with Dan your chances are very good that it will close.
