I have been through the mortgage process 7 times and this by far has been the best experience. Dan and his team handle everything in a prompt and efficient manner. They answer all questions immediately, even on the weekends. They kept me informed from day 1 as to the status of the mortgage and made things very simple. Dan and his team were there 24/7 throughout the process. Literally any time he would answer the phone, or call back immediately. The home buying process was so easy I was able to submit all forms of paperwork from my phone at work. Will definitely be working with them in the future!

Dan and his team were very efficient and worked diligently on getting us information needed or to answer any questions. I would highly recommend him and his team. They definitely made our buying process run smoothly.
Dan and his entire team at Guaranteed Rate made my wife and I's first home purchase seamless. If we ever had a question (and I had a lot since this was my first purchase) phone calls were answered immediately and emails were responded to just as fast. They worked well and communicated with my attorney and real estate agent too. Closing only lasted 1 hour and there were no problems. Dan brought us a very thoughtful gift at closing also!
