Dan and his entire team at Guaranteed Rate made my wife and I's first home purchase seamless. If we ever had a question (and I had a lot since this was my first purchase) phone calls were answered immediately and emails were responded to just as fast. They worked well and communicated with my attorney and real estate agent too. Closing only lasted 1 hour and there were no problems. Dan brought us a very thoughtful gift at closing also!
