Nice experience
Dan was awesome! He answered all my questions and concerns. He was patient and ready and willing to help with anything I needed or asked.
The process was long and overwhelming and I found that having to send the same identical information three and four times was unnecessary. Ives bought three houses before this one and the stack of information I sent on this house is taller than my other three purchased combined and one of those was a Veterans purchase. Just very cumbersome and repetitive.

Dan was mostly great. In the beginning he was very open with information and contacted us often, but towards the end of the process, when we thought we would actually hear from him more often, he seemed to fall off a bit which was slightly disappointing.
