The process was easy and efficient compared to stories I’ve heard from friends who are going through the same process. My friends we shocked to find out that I was closing less than 2 months before starting the process. Theirs took up to 6 months. Dan added a personable touch that is often missing in service experiences. His care and authenticity shone in every interaction. I would certainly work with him again and recommend all my friends.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about all the things we knew only a little about. When our loan needed to change, he explained it in depth with a video message and called to make sure we understood. He communicated often to let us know where we were in the process. So grateful for him!

Dan Baxley is an amazing person! We were simply looking to establish loan eligibility while house shopping and he discovered our current interest rate was too high. He took it upon himself to get everything started for a VA streamlined re-fi, reducing our mortgage from 4.5 down to 3.0! I would (and do, actually) recommend him to anyone
