Daniel is very responsive and I had a great experience working with him. The underwriting experience has not been that good in terms of back and forth communications over a span of 1 month. Since my initial closing disclosures were sent on Dec 14th, it took almost a month in communications back and forth with the underwriter. Every time, a small statement here or there was needed. Then once I provide that, there's request for something else. This process needs to be more efficient.
