Daniel was fine. The biggest problem was Lindsay requesting the same documents over and over. There were multiple times when she would ask for documents that had already been sent. A couple of times I even told her where in the portal they were and she couldn't find them. This included bank statements, social security statements and flood insurance.

because of covid pandemic, most communication was by e mail. daniel was excellent at answering phone and questions however. process took much longer and was tedious with regard to info sent in regarding finances and trust. seems there was a problem with trust even after financial ability to pay was established. also even after corrected our names were still not corrected as requested. but in the end just wanted to get it over with so we signed.
