Loan application was very efficient and the team was quick to respond to all my queries. The only hitch was property taxes were collected 900$ over the annual amount when the settlement company's own policy didn't require such collection.

We had a few issues in the beginning but the loan processed turned out to positive in the end. I did feel that communication was not as often as I would have liked, but then again I’m not extremely familiar with the loan process and what is normal. Overall though I was pleased with the outcome and Mutual of Omaha did a great job resolving any issues that arose.
