Daniel is an effective communicator. Daniel understood my situation. Daniel never gave up on the loan. Because I already had a great rate I waited for a further drop in rates. After a period of time rates did indeed drop making a refinance doable. As a courtesy, I advised Daniel I was going to go with another Costco vendor. Daniel was able to secure a better rate - a rate that no one could match. He came through as promised. Well done Daniel! I highly recommend Daniel Beyer.
