We were not having a good experience till Dan joined the team. Dan took the time to meet with my wife and I in person, explain the process and put us at ease. Dan was great. However processor switch mid process . Several documents were sent and requested because they failed to look at the online database/check prior emails (sent to them). Often I would have to say yes I sent that . Oh ok you did.

Throughout the process of my loan application and approval, I was presented with ever-expanding requests for information, despite being told that only a few more items were needed. This became a repetitive, stressful and very annoying pattern until around the closing period for the house. For future reference, when contacting a customer to request information, furnish them with a complete inventory of requirements rather than asking them for 1-5, then saying you need 6-10, etc.

Everything! Worked super hard, even doing the processor's job to expedite the loan. We went through three processors, first two were terrible! We had to resend the same documents and same information multiple times. Third processor was great also, but first two completely terrible.

We missed many opportunities in communication and was down to the wire on trying to close. I had to call all these different people to get help while Dan was on vacation and didn’t get much feedback. The rates weren’t as competitive as would have like them to be but we were able to come to terms at the end.

Dan was very sarcastic in many exchanges which came off poorly to both my husband and I. If it weren't for Dan working for KB we would have taken our business elsewhere. Aside from the exchanges, the logistics of the loan process went well.
