1. Initial loan estimate agreement took way too long and required excessive haggling. 2. loan processing was extraordinarily tedious, difficult and required way too much personal information to satisfy the underwriter/processor. We feel financially violated. 3. If not for the seller( KB) discount on the home for using company affiliates, KBHS was not our first choice for this loan.
