Darren is an amazing real estate agent. He helped me find a great tenant for my rental property in the past and most recently helped me find a cash buyer (in days and over the listing price) for that same property in Cranford, NJ. Darren was always available to answer any question I had (day or night) and responded almost immediately to any concern I had. Very knowledgeable of the market and the going rates. He gives great impression of the pros and cons of potential buy. Personality makes the stress of house shopping that much more fun, he made it very enjoyable. Hes not a salesman or pushy. He was amazingly patient with us,took 2 years to find the right house. Never felt pressured or rushed into a wrong decision.
