Very knowledgeable of the market and the going rates. He gives great impression of the pros and cons of potential buy. Personality makes the stress of house shopping that much more fun, he made it very enjoyable. Hes not a salesman or pushy. He was amazingly patient with us,took 2 years to find the right house. Never felt pressured or rushed into a wrong decision.
