Do not be fooled in to buying the bumper to bumper warranty. The lady told us it covered everything even if the kids broke something on our van but it was just a lie to get more money from us. The seat in the back has a handle and i pulled up on it and it broke off in my hand and now we can't use the full back of the van like normal. They would only replace it if we forked out another 450$ on top of the couple thousand dollars we did for the full warranty. Just a heads up don't fall for their scam.
Truly terrible service department. I don’t know about their sales sid, but I would not buy a vehicle from them regardless because the service department is so awful.
I purchased my Toyota Camry there in Nov 2013, went for the first oil change and it was almost double the price of other dealerships, and on top of that had horrible service when trying to get a set of key fobs, told myself I would never go back, this week my 2012 had 2 recalls set up appt to go back, which should have been my first mistake, get there this am, they have no record they were gonna give me a car to drive since I work and live in North Carolina and couldn't wait there 4 hours, they had no record of giving me a c... read more
Terrible experience. They seem lost and don't know about the cars on the lot. If they don't know the answer, they just tend to make something up.
I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I have never been so disappointed in the car buying process. If the vehicle had been anywhere else within 500 miles I sure would have gone somewhere else.
Bought a car broke down before 30 days & they said it was nothing they could do NEVER AGAIN. Very Unprofessional people that work. NEED A CAR GO ELSEWHERE! If anybody wanna buy this Raggedy 2013 Chevy Malibu let me know serious injuries only.
