I loved not being treated like any differently because we didn’t have a credit score! But I was not a fan of having to take a course where they talked about building up your credit. We choose to not use credit cards, and we shouldn’t have to be forced to. I’m very happy that Darren himself never recommended we do that!

Being a minister, my tax situation can be very confusing for some. Other mortgage companies didn’t know how to read my tax return, and wouldn’t give me a mortgage because they were so confused. Darren, however, knew exactly what he was looking at and was able to be super quick and efficient. We are thankful to God that this process went so smoothly!

My wife and I shopped around with other companies before deciding to go with Churchill. The other banks were pushy and didn't think we were going to be able to close on time due to it being so close to the holidays. Darren was confident we were going to close on time. Darren and his team explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable with our 1st time home buying experience. On top of the great service all the closing cost and rates were exactly what we needed. Thank you Churchill!
