Took a long time to process loan application and mostly the person used to sign documents was really bad . The worst I've ever had and we done quite a few mortgage loans ......I also know times are nuts so no worries

I would have rated it good but that wasn't an option. The survey is not set up well. The questions can be answered in range of 1 - 5 in most cases. Then you get to the last rating and have 3 options. Just OK isn't good for you. Just 3 options isn't good for me. There seemed to be too many times that I had to ask for clarification and further details. That might be due to the loan process being largely electronic. Don't know for sure.
