Dave Brown and his team did an excellent job of facilitating our refi. Where I tend to drag my feet, Dave and his staff had excellent follow-up and follow-through. They were thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. They locked in an excellent rate for us which saved us thousands. On a fixed retirement income, this was extremely helpful.

I am self-employed and own multiple investment properties. Lenders are not particularly kind and keen with self-employed borrowers and especially those who own a lot of real estate. Lenders rather do 96.5% LTV FHA with 580 FICO score and 50% DTI than 70% LTV conventional loan with 720+ FICO score for an investor loan. I used dave Brown to finance my current home. I was renting out my previous home and contimuing the mortgagt on it. It was not an easy process for him. He was great and curtious. I am a numbers person myself, and would challange him often. He would always take the tiem to explain how things worked and why numbers came out the way they did. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for a martgage in today's age. Most documents were done via email, so he could help you no matter where you are.
