used him several times and the entire team is responsive, resourceful and on top of all your loan details. Our latest was for second home in the mountains everything closed early per our request. We have also refinanced our home twice with Dave and his team.

We were buying our first home we used Dave at Catalyst Lending for our loan. We were buying from a family member and neither of us had a real estate agent. Because of that, Dave and his team had to do a little more work with us in terms of educating and keeping us organized and on track.
