Dave's did a great job sanding and staining our oak hardwood floors. We had the whole main floor done after our refrigerator leaked. They patched the area by the fridge and another area in the bathroom, and then sanded and stained the whole thing a darker color. The floors look absolutely gorgeous. We got several different quotes and they were well priced.

I recommend Dave's Flooring and Sanding. They just refinished my 90 year old hardwood floors and they look gorgeous! They were prompt, courteous, and things were clean when they finished. They showed me sample colors they had on a board and when I picked out a color, they put the stain on a spot to make sure it was what I wanted. I also called their office twice to ask questions and both times the staff took the time to explain the process to me. Overall it was a great experience.
