We had a guy come out back in August to give us a quote to replace some flooring that had water damage. I called 4 times to get the quote with no success. At one point they told me that the flooring is no longer made and I said that is ok, I have a box of the flooring so just send me the quote for the labor. I called an additional time and never got a call back, called again and finally got the response that they do not have us on record so could send someone back out to provide a quote. Daves did a very nice job on our floors but their customer service is not good. We had some existing floors that Daves had finished in the past and were refinishing additional rooms. They missed a coat of poly on the new floors before they did the final coat over all of them. They gave us a partial refund but based on their original quote and the square footage involved they owe me $64 more. I've contacted them three times over the past month and they seem to be ignoring me.

The drivers for this company are horrible. Driver almost hit my buddies car and then proceeded to flip my buddy off. Your vehicle's are moving billboards/advertising. This speaks volume on the employees of your business. A business that I will never become a customer of our refer other potential customers to.

Run away! The day they came it was super hot.....I asked where to have the air set, we agreed 72 degrees. We checked the house that evening, it was on 60 degrees!!! Thank goodness we checked as it could have blown out my central air! They didn't show up the next day as planned so we ended up in a hotel....not easy with 2 dogs. We were supposed to get reimbursed for our hotel stay, 2 months later and we are still waiting. I will never use this company again

I had them refinish my floors a month ago, and they have still yet to finish. We are waiting for the transition piece. There was also 2 bad boards that needed to be replaced that they tried to hide with a half assed fix. We caught the first one on the 2nd day. The other one they filled with putty and it is comming out. I have called 3 times to get this done. Maybe this review might get some action rather than an excuse.

Encountered one of the drivers for this company yesterday ( 03/27/15) on the interstate. Extremely unprofessional. I was driving my semi (18 wheeler) in the right hand lane with NO POSSIBLE way to change lanes and that driver forced his way onto the interstate with no regard for not only his safety but those around him. I called the office number of this company as well as the police. The driver then proceeded to flip me and my wife off as he took the next exit.
