I went to eat for dinner on Sunday night. Don't get me wrong the food was great but the costumer service is horrible and when I say horrible I mean it. My order was taken a guy cashier he was nice. I just went to Dave's on my lunch with 2 other coworkers. This is possibly the last time I go here. I ordered and paid for a #2 combo, which is 2 sliders. However, I received a #1 combo. My coworkers' orders were correct, but mine wasn't. Why was I the chosen one? The number one comes with white bread, which I would never get. I only purchase wheat bread at the supermarket. I don't get it. I don't like the pickles, I don't like the tenders. Tried both mild and medium. All I can taste with the medium is paprika, the mild is a little sweet. People are fine, and the music is enjoyable. Won't be back.

1/20/2024 Service horrible. Food horrible. Did I feel welcomed? No. Already walking in, this elderly lady already had a bad attitude. As I'm finishing up my food with my two other friends. The lady was cleaning up the floor and starts to raise her voice saying we close at 12 but as she's saying that she's looking straight at us which was so odd. if i could put 0 stars i would. On 1/20/24 Elderly lady was at the front desk, we asked for our order and she said it wasn't ready, already with an attitude. Me & my friends waited for our food. We got our food, and there were still people coming in & buying food as well & others just sitting down to eat their food. I came to dine in at 1/20/24 ,11:25pm, ordered food with two other friends they took a little while to bring out our food which was absolutely no big deal. Until around 11:58 while my friend is eating her last fry an old lady employee looks me dead in the eye raises her voice and says " we close at 12, its already 12!!". Implying we have to leave. Ordered $90 of food to have an entire meal missing then called to try to dive back and get my missing meal only to be hung up on twice. Terrible service and mediocre food.
