Got the sauce nuggets platter for a party, and they were not good. We ordered the BBQ and the BBQ flavor was too over powering and not good. Normally I like the dry rub from Dave's but the saucy bites are not it, def waste of money

idiots. like why am i standing around like a fool waiting for a pickup order and other ppl come AFTER me and they get their order first. god forbid i was being respectful and not shoving my phone in the workers faces like the guys next to me (aka THOSE doordash ppl) anyways point is the guy literally didn't acknowledge me at all or my friend like wtf???? weird and annoying. do better. smh.

1/2026: i asked for hot on the bites, this taste like nothing. I want my tip back, check ur food before u leave. Went on 1/2, ordered online 1.5 hrs before close. 1 star. Not coming back. 9/2025: Ok i been missing out. Got the bites. Ordered online easy stuff. Customer service quick helpful ordered a hr before close. Price portions great. To say the 32 year old emo boy at the counter was a "complete chode" would be an insult to small weens everywhere. Brother needs to act his wage and stop treating his job like he's in a high security government area protecting honey packets and forks. The last time I was there... the food wasn't even that great. The service was having hard time listening. The food was cold. Wasn't even hot at all. From I heard... there was a bug on their burger without noticing it. That's disgusting Also... the restroom... is horrible. Sometimes the restroom smells really bad. Disgusting

I went to pick up an order, I asked If I can use the restaurant and Brandon the employee that gave me the food told me is for customer only, I was in shock with his answer, I did not believe it. Lack of costumer service and humanity.

Honestly this has nothing to do with the restaurant in itself it was more or so we were waiting in line for the promotion and it just needed while were in line lol no problem In paying but if you're going to have a promotion and have it suddenly end while you're in line is frustrating. The customer service is usually great here, but they are starting to decline fast. I think they have new management which love to give hard times with certain items that they have on their menu. Saying they don't sell an item but still proceed to sell it to you but give you a hard time. They also talk loud enough in their kitchen where you can hear them making smart remarks about their customers which is very unprofessional. The food was good but god forbid you ask for honey or any extra ketchup.. you will be met with disdain and grouchy esa .. the older lady in the front isn't friendly at all.. so that part of the service sucks
