The customer service is usually great here, but they are starting to decline fast. I think they have new management which love to give hard times with certain items that they have on their menu. Saying they don't sell an item but still proceed to sell it to you but give you a hard time. They also talk loud enough in their kitchen where you can hear them making smart remarks about their customers which is very unprofessional. The food was good but god forbid you ask for honey or any extra ketchup.. you will be met with disdain and grouchy esa .. the older lady in the front isn't friendly at all.. so that part of the service sucks

We had ordered 3 meals she only put 2 in and asked, "are you sure you don't want this instead?" Like we're ordering what we want why would she make a suggestion. I'd understand if we were to ask for a suggestion or maybe if it was our first time but no it was not our first time. She was mentally slow as well.

The fries were cold and stale as if they were old. The chicken I order medium. Had no spice to it whatsoever. The bread was soggy. The only thing that was edible and enjoyable were the pickles! Very dissatisfied and will not be definitively let others know, do not order from here. Truly disappointed.

i came by last night on march 6th and when i received my food i had it cold , the bun was cold and the chicken was cold as well. please fix this

Good and service is good. But it's the last time I come here. They charge 15$ for a sliders meal and don't come with drink. And they ask for a tip? No thanks.

I went to eat for dinner on Sunday night. Don't get me wrong the food was great but the costumer service is horrible and when I say horrible I mean it. My order was taken a guy cashier he was nice. I just went to Dave's on my lunch with 2 other coworkers. This is possibly the last time I go here. I ordered and paid for a #2 combo, which is 2 sliders. However, I received a #1 combo. My coworkers' orders were correct, but mine wasn't. Why was I the chosen one? The number one comes with white bread, which I would never get. I only purchase wheat bread at the supermarket.
