They clearly can't read DoorDash orders. I ordered cauliflower and got chicken all 4 times. They are incompetent.
We were made to wait over 30 minutes for our food while everyone else who ordered AFTER us got their food within 15 minutes and when we kept going up to ask how much longer it would take, they kept giving us excuses such as "it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken" and "2 more minutes" when we had already been waiting 25 minutes when we heard the former response. Updating my review because they seemed to have hired some new people that are childish & petty. Cassandra took my order today and I asked for no pickles. She then asked if I would like them on the side, to which I answered "no thank you, no pickles at all if possible please." This is what my order looked like (I ate the fries already ). Not sure if she was the cook, but regardless this is just ridiculous lol.
