This place is really good, I loved the service and the food was the most amazing part, to anyone I 100% recommend to everyone to come and try this place out! It is once in a lifetime experience if you don't live here. esme and marlene and all the girls
Came here to pick up and order tonight. Unfortunately, was given Burnt and greasy chicken and fries were soggy in grease. Couldn't eat it very gross!

Went to two locations to look for the x-meal. I was excited when they said they had it, waited 30 mins for my meal just for them to tell me they didn't have the x-men toy. They "just ran out'" they said, yea right. Plus for the amount of customers there their service was hella slow.

I ordered thru the app. The order said that it wasn't ready even though they were about to close so I decided to go there anyways and my name was on the board and I was knocking on the window constantly because the main doors were locked. The workers in there completely ignored me the whole time even though they knew I was there. So I never ended up getting my food because of it. You walk up and the front register guy is overly nice to the point of being awkward. Even says let me give you the rundown as he reads the little pitch sheet in front of the register and then you wait 20 minutes for 1 slider when it is not even busy. I'll never waste my time with this location again. There needs to be more hustle instead of pretending to be really friendly at the register while everyone shows no hustle.

The wait times at this location are consistently long, especially at night when there seem to be fewer staff members compared to daytime. The food was average--I've experienced better quality at other locations. Additionally, the restrooms and dining room tables were noticeably unclean. This points to a management problem that needs to be addressed by holding staff accountable to improve overall service and cleanliness.

This location has consistently disregarded my order and given me less than what I asked for for the last 6 months at least. They seem to be unable to add cheese to cheese fries if you choose to order it, and are stingy with condiments; when I order extra (which I have learned is necessary) they will only give you the extra you ordered and not what you asked for originally. All other locations I've been to are better.

The food was not as good as it looked online. Was my first time here. Took a while to get my order. Crystal at the front was nice.
