If you eat at this restaurant, prepare for food poisoning. I picked up a to go order this morning (around 10:30am) before I flew out of LAX. I ate my food around 11:30am right before boarding the flight. As soon as I finished my food, I began to feel queasy. As we were taking off, I threw up. Disappointing service at this location. I remember coming here starting many years ago (2020-2021) and staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. Now it seems that they do not care about their customers and make them wait out in the cold. The food took very long to prepare and I had to deal with anger at home because we were out too late waiting an additional 15 minutes at the pickup window. Additionally, there is an extremely annoying fake neon sign with the words: "3RD PARTY & Online Orders Pick-Up" that blinks constantly and... read more

First time eating here and most likely my last , should have a warning sign don't eat here if you have high blood pressure because the chicken is heavily seasoned and not in a good way , California restaurants needs to do better !

They clearly can't read DoorDash orders. I ordered cauliflower and got chicken all 4 times. They are incompetent.

We were made to wait over 30 minutes for our food while everyone else who ordered AFTER us got their food within 15 minutes and when we kept going up to ask how much longer it would take, they kept giving us excuses such as "it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken" and "2 more minutes" when we had already been waiting 25 minutes when we heard the former response.
